Booking & Cancellations Policy

Reservations must be confirmed in writing. Acceptance of liability for charges becomes effective 12 weeks prior to the booking date.

Between 12 and 4 weeks, 50% of the charges are payable.
Between 4 weeks and the date reserved, 100% of charges are payable.

These charges may be reduced if we are able to secure a replacement booking for the date reserved.

A client's conformation of a reservation implies acceptance of these conditions
